Job Description:
1.Problem Solving / Business : Drive local circle by driving sales production and managing the associated costs
Ensure the high quality and high persistency of business generated by the local production unit, to support the long-term profitability of the company
Develop knowledge of local market dynamics to improve productivity of the FLS / BLs (e.g., through targeting specific segments, products and FCs)
Identify and align non-sales resources in support of the circles business goals (e.g., learning and development, operations, human resources, etc) maximize value from the deployment of these resources within the circle. 2. People Development / Leadership: Provide leadership to the entire local team by clearly communicating vision and objectives of the organization, and of the local team (including proficiency in English and local language)
Provide direct support to Early Tenure FLSs to help them develop and improve their own productivity. Provide direct support to Career FLS to help them achieve business goals and maximize their own productivity. Build convictions within the team to uphold high organizational values in every action s and ensure business ethics and integrity within the circle. 3. Sales / Sales Management : Maximize sales productivity of the Circle and achieve required monthly and annual sales targets, while building a healthy agency distribution base Ensure Licensing targets are met by Channel Development Managers reporting to them

Provide day-to-day management required to ensure high agency quality within the team .
