Close looping & Service Requests Closureas and when required
For Voice/Semi Voice,role is provide inbound customer care support,addressing quiries & issue resolution to pre-paid & Post paid customers /Customers of a leading Telecom Sector Provider
Work location for Back Office Applicants will be Giga Space,Viman Nagar,Pune
Work location for Voice/Semi-Voice Applicants will be Sharda Centre,Karve Road,Pune
