According to this announcement there is no interview in upcoming recruitment.So there is possibility to increase the cutoff scores.
What About IBPS Clerk Exam-V Selection Process?
According to this notification they may have interview for IBPS Clerk Exam-V.Anyway wait for main exam results.They officially announce the process after the results.

What about Probationary Officers Recruitment Selection Process?
This Above letter(Announcement) only about clerk and other lower grades(sub stafss-peon/sweeper others).So there is no change in bank PO selection process.
What about Psychometric Tests?
In the above letter they alternatively suggested psychometric tests to replace the interview process.It means testing the candidates potential using physcological manner.It means the objective question based on your real life situation with few option to choose
