Job Description:
1.Manage end to end recruitment process for candidates, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the process runs as efficiently as possible.
2.Focus on direct recruitment, researching and generating a candidate pipeline from internal and external sources.
3.Constructing briefs / role descriptions, advising on compensation, monitoring and reporting on progress, conducting telephone screening interviews.
4.Scrutinizing applications and providing shortlists to line managers.
5.Developing resourcing campaigns, advising on process, routes to market, use of assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies
6.Preparation of different kinds of MIS reports.
7.Conducting induction, on-boarding processes for new joiners.
8.Conducting the exit interview and processes for the employees leaving.Maintaining an updated employee database.
9.Execute various employee engagement and corporate social responsibility activities.
10.Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization and communicate the same to their reporting authority.
