Job/Candidate Profile:	The candidate should be BE/BTech/BCA/MCA graduate from any recognized university with good academic record. Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations. Experience in asp.net development, JQuery (AJAX). Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices. Strong experience designing and working with n-tier. Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures. Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while mentoring other developers. Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
